I try to hang upside down by my ankles 4 hrs a day and only wear 8" heels.

Am I wearing too many inches?

eight inches is average. right? ladies? hello... is this thing on?

I thought I was the only one who felt like there was a tall person just waiting to escape! ;)

you know, you are going to have to let him go eventually.

    Ugh, you're no fun.

According to my calculations, I need to gain 8 inches... it just feels like an insurmountable number :(

I would also like 8 inches.

    Wait. What?

Can I spot reduce my height? I'd like to lose an inch or two from my legs and add it to my torso. Just trying to achieve a more "balanced" look.

I'm tallish for a girl 5'9". I ate a lot of zucchini icecream and did a lot of detoxing and boom woke up tall.

I'm quite content with the height I am at, Not to tall, but as well not to small. Just perfect in my eyes ;):flowerforyou:

I've reached my height goal! Really just working on maintaining at this point. It's challenging, but I'm fairly confident that I can do it

Yeah, I don't want to brag, but I actually reached my height goal decades ago and have been maintaining ever since. It's stayed exactly the same, no fluctuations (even during two pregnancies and breastfeeding). Best advice I can give is to throw away the measuring tape. It's not about the number. It's the composition of your height that matters. But, also be careful because some people are tall short, and that's not healthy.

I'm sooooo upset! Been trying and trying ever so hard, doing all the right things and I've lost almost 2 inches. What am I to do - now I'll never reach my goal.

    <<< 6'3"

You can have a few of my inches if you can make my feet smaller.
