make sure you are eating a variety of fruit and veggies...lean protein..try eating more green veggies...and only 2 fruits a day..and never the same fruit..lots of water..stay away from diet drinks..only 2 cups of coffee..stevia is good in the coffee...no juices

make sure you are eating enough protein..low carbs..You might need to change your caloric intake..I will eat a low sugar/carb protein bar to help stimulate my metabolisum

yes you hit a plateau....Don't eat the same foods..for lunch and for dinner..variety..start eating smaller meals through out the day..I drink a detox tea for liver digestion at least 2 times a week...regularity if very important..Apple Cider Vinegar helps with water retention.. Hope this helps..

if you crave snacks..get some cucumbers/celery...lots of raw green veggies..at least 2 to 3 servings of fruit..there are some low calories breads outthere..melba toast is good..look at the seving size..weight your protein..you need more calories when you are breast feeding..tons of water..stay off the SODAS even the diet…
