Wait a minute - think about it. You say your family eats things that you aren't supposed to, but keep in mind that they also should be eating healthier to keep from getting high BP. A little here and there is not so bad though also. I have been on Lisinopril for 3 years. Good Luck!

Drink water and if you're hungry - eat healthy. Think about it PMS + introducing the unhealthy bad foods that you have finally gotten out of your system = pain. Between cramps and heartburn - totally not worth it!

Uh yeah - start there. Yes they affect your progress anything with high sugar is gonna have higher calories and not keep you full very long. Not eating a lot at work - either too busy or don't want the embarrassment because other people know they shouldn't be eating much because they are so big. On the water weight issue - if you eat a lot of sodium, you have to drink enough water to get it out. Drink a lot of water then workout (or take a hot bath). Should sweat some of the sodium and toxins out. That causes a lot of what we call "water weight" because sodium and caffeine retain water.

If it's fast food, I pull something similar from another fast food restaurant. If it's a sit down restaurant (like a local), I pretty much just go by the meal I had. Just put in everything separate. Like add you steak, then the veggies, etc...

Just posted this, but wanted to add that I'm sure you could do whatever flavor you like. Like a ranch or italian dressing packet? I do like 3-4 cans at a time. I'm telling you they are awesome. Oh and use a little olive oil in the mixture. Helps with the cooking/crunching(:
