Beginner Help?

What is a good workout program to start with. I haven't done any in a long time so I guess I would say I'm a beginner. I can't afford a gym membership. I have Jilliam Michaels 30 day shred (never used) & a couple biggest loser DVDs, an eliptical & I am willing to buy a new (not to pricey) DVD.

I would say Slim Series is a great workout to start off with. You could also do Rockin Body. If you like more information on either one of these workouts, I can help you. I actually started this year doing Slim Series for about a month and then I moved to Rockin Body. I just completed Asylum last week. You got this.0

There are free programs on Youtube. Earlier this year I did the BeFit in 90 program and that was really good.0

I love bodyrock.tv and they have some beginners. You do as much or as little you want. but they push you hard. Post new videos (mostly) everyday. Best of all, it's free.0
