How do you factor in marinades when counting calories?

I do it as if I ate a little of the actual marinade. For example, I had stir fry last night. Used Worcestershire sauce. Included 3 tablespoons because I figure that's probably what I ate. Or you could always add up whatever you used the marinade calories, plus the calories from the actually marinade and divide them by servings.
