I think it varies for everyone. When my mother loses weight, that's where she loses it first, but at my very smallest (around 140lbs) I was a 34DD and now I'm a 38DD. I've lost 35 pounds and none came off my chest. At all.

I take One a Day Women's Active Metabolism; it's really seemed to help the weight loss. Also I take a good bit of Iron, as I am anemic, and I also take a green tea supplement for added energy.

I make a taco bake with wheat noodles, ground turkey, taco seasoning, salsa, some diced tomatoes with green chilies, low fat cheese, and fat free sour cream on top. Very good; only about 200 calories a serving.
