I'm getting married October 2015. I know it is a while away but I have about 80lbs total to lose, but I would like to lose at least 40 by the wedding. First dress fitting this July, so I'd like to lose 20 before that date!

I lost 30 and gained back 10. And I know what it feels like to think that I wasted all of that work. I live through it everyday. But I also am getting back into it. :)

You cannot deny yourself those foods. My suggestion is when you go there, just order a slice or two and that's it. Don't order an entire pie, then you will be less tempted to eat more of it at home. When I go to chinese now, I only order items that can be steamed and only allow myself 1/2 cup of the rice. I am still…

My thighs are big and I am just now accepting that they are not going anywhere. I refuse to measure them. I just attest to that I can kick anyone's butt pretty badly if they mess with me :)

I used to keep track of sugar, but after seeing that I was over on just an orange, banana, and two apples...I said forget this. As long as a majority of my sugars are natural (from fruits) I don't even bother taking notice.

I have 2 cheat days a week and I have lost 30 lbs total. Granted, these cheat days are NOTHING like they used to be, usually 400-500 over at MOST. But still, I still have days where I care, but not as much as the other 5-6 days.

Both. On weekdays I enter my breakfast and lunch in the morning to plan what I am going to eat and then at dinner (and weekends) I either do it while it is cooking, during, or right after.

I bought one of those pandora bracelets, but the hallmark version because the charms are more in my price range, and every time i lose 10 lbs I add a charm to my bracelet. :)
