Dec 3rd weigh in 248.6. Didn’t drop much but didn’t gain either. Sometimes that in itself is a win.

I use light vanilla flavored almond milk. 30 calories per cup and use liquid stevia to sweeten a little more. 30 cals and you can add some milk to your coffee almost all day verses a single serving ofheavy cream.

The only thing that really matters in the long run is this one question. Is this sustainable? If you can't do keto for the rest of your life, welcome to the 95 percent club. Only 5 percent of people succeed in weight loss long term, being 3 to 5 years. Those are the unfortunate facts. Most people will gain back all they…

The fact that you track here and can easily see your macros should tell you all you need to know about whether or not you are "not keto." Additionally, your woe seems to be working for all the things that you are hoping to fix, and you get to eat your dairy and your sweeteners. Sounds like a win to me.

I couldn't disagree more with this post. If you honestly believe that you can lose weight while being in a caloric surplus via the magic of keto you are very simply wrong. I can guarantee you I can go and eat 5000 calories of fat, be highly in ketosis, and gain fat at a very quick rate as my TDEE falls somewhere in the…

Things required to lose weight: 1. Caloric deficit 2. I wish there was a 2 but really there isn't Things that help you stay in a caloric deficit 1. Diets like keto that fit into YOUR way of eating that is sustainable long term and you enjoy. 2. Staying active and exercising. 3. Tracking food with apps like MFP and using a…

Lily’s chocolate bars and Enlightened ice cream. Enlightened is really good ice cream. It puts Halo top to shame. So much creamier. Hard to not a whole pint though. Both are staples for my sweet tooth. I also like phat fudge for an on the go sweet.

Peanut butter. Don’t ever put whip cream on peanut butter. You have been warned.

Sugar free jello. Greek yogurt. Pork rinds. Jerky. Pretty much my go to snacks. Quest makes lots of snacks things as well. Though I don’t eat much of them anymore.

Soy ginger would be good also. Thank you for the ideas.

That tilapia recipe looks really good. Thank you for sharing. The Veracruz recipe I have also saved.

You can get into a lot of grey area with tracking net carbs but I get why people do it. I myself did it for a long time and at some point will probably do it again. Good rule of thumb if it is a whole food like a vegetable that you are eating subtract the fiber and you are good. If it is a processed food that has fiber on…

If it is not something you will stick with or find hard to do there really isn't any benefit to OMAD. You can accomplish the same thing doing 2 meals a day and running a 16/8 type of IF. Only possible downsides to 2 meals a day is you have more dishes and spend more time eating.

Raw weight.

Keto Mojo read .8 this morning. After 3 months of "low carb" and being out of ketosis I decided on Friday to jump back in. As of this morning I am back. Feels good.

keto connect has a really good one. https://www.ketoconnect.net/best-keto-bread/

It was a good podcast. The Layne Norton and Dom D Agostino one the following day was awesome as well. Heavy hitters back to back for the nutritional world. Especially for the low carbers.

How much magnesium are you getting daily? If you don't know the answer to this, start supplementing. I take a 400 MG tab of magnesium before bed. Most people are deficient in magnesium. A bonus is it also helps you sleep.

I weigh every morning, post visit to the toilet, and in my boxers.
