  • I guess you need to see your Dr to check that everything is ok with your health. Normally you shouldn't keep loosing weight if your eating enough calories to maintain your weight. I am not expert this is just what I would do. Hope everything is ok!!!

  • Thats depends on how muchyou need to loose and is different for everybody. Depends on nutrition and excercise but I've read that 2 pound a week is the helathiest way althugh like I said it depends. Hope this helps.:smile:

  • Hi! I use Shakeology Chocolate Meal replacement Shake with strawberries, banana, peanut butter, almond butter, almond milk (not all at the same time) but I have some good recipes that I can shre via email if you like.

  • This is what I do. I excercise first thing in the morning because if I dont I wont get it done after work. Also I workout at home using Beachbody programs (P90, P90X, Turbo Jam, Insnaity, etc).   • Are eating enough? Are you eating the right foods to fuel your body? Are you getting enough sleep? If you are not loosing weight probably you hit a plateau so you need to shock your body but in a good way. Examine what are you eating and try to clean your diet probably you are not eating clean enough. If you need more help…
