One of my favorite is Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal -
8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Max Pro Chocolate protein powder from Max Muscle
    1 Tablespoon Peanut butter
    1/4 dry quick oats
    2 packets of splenda
    1/2 to 1 c ice
This is about 375 calories, around 40 proteins and 25 carbs aprox.

I make this one every morning!

1 cup Organic Unsweetened Soymilk ( I like westsoy, it is purer and high in fiber)
50 grams banana (that's about 1/2 of a larger banana)
1T ground flaxseed ( for healthy fat and fiber)
140 grams frozen blueberries (that's about 3/4 cup)

...........then any other fruit fresh or frozen I happen to have around (usually just a small amount but whatever you like) : peaches, strawberries, mangos, blackberries, etc.

sometimes 1T of cocoa powder if I'm in a chocolate mood!

I got this idea from Alton Brown's weight loss shows from last year.

    One of my favorites is:

    1/2 c non-fat milk
1/2 c low fat Greek yogurt
    1 banana (frozen)
1/2 c frozen berries (I usually use blueberries, but any berry would be tasty.)
1 scoop pure whey protein powder

The yogurt gives it a nice creaminess and a bit of tangy flavor as well as some additional protein. It's around 350 calories, 40g protein, 2g fat, and 45g carbs. You could make it lower carb by using a substitute for the milk and less banana.
