In the same boat and it's not always smooth sailing :) hang inthere because you are doing great! Like everyones saying about platauing plus it's a slow process towards the end and we want it to soooo bad cause it's so close! But your doing great!

As a vegan I actually can't way alot of sweets like choc and icecream. But I'm almost always ofer as well thanks to fruit, yogurt e.t.c I wouldn't fuss over suger if it natural!

another addict!! avacado can be used in anything. spreads are easiest but i also make a warm pasta salad with sundried tomatos, mushrooms, corn and avacado chunks. you don't need a dresing just lemon and salt to taste.. yummyumm

mmmmm yummo!! i also add th lentils with basmati rice, loads of garlic and cut cubes of cucumber and tomatoes in olive oil or opt for low fat greek yogurt!!! i don't personally do the greek yogurt any more but the cucumber/tomato salad on top of the lentil rice is soooo refreshing and filling!!!

I second music: piano lessons or any instrument!! Yoga, reading, or something extreme like cycling that fits with weightloss, bonus!
