Definitely go for it! It's so much fun and trust me, nobody will be staring at you! You just get yourself a good spot where you can see the instructor and do your best. Key is- Don't stop moving! Have a great time!

I think the key is to eat the 'right carbs'- fruits/veggies, vs. eating too many carbs found in bread, pasta,snacks etc. That will make a difference. If you eat every few hours, it should help you feel full. It may take you a week or two to adjust but you will. :-)

I guess I'm opposite of most women. I lose on my thighs and hips area first. The places I want to lose most- chest and stomach are always the last to go.

I have both- prefer the BB. First reason is I'm always worried about losing fitbit and prefer the BB armband although it's kind of big. Second, I find it easier to just plug in BB- and get data. I had a tough time with the Fitbit program but maybe that's just me. BB is very accurate.

compression shirt over a sports bra will help. You will feel a bit uncomfortable at first but you'll get used to it.

I was always attracted to humor- a funny guy, with a charming personality. I didn't base my decision to date solely on looks.. Something about their personality is what had to get my attention. I never 'looked' for attractive men- just enjoyed being near fun, nice guys that made me laugh.

It only happens to me when I use the elliptical for too long. My toes on my right foot get pins and needles. It's irritating. I stop using the elliptical and switch to treadmill or Spinning bike and it goes away.

I gave it up cold turkey! Next month will be 2 years that I haven't had ANY type of soda at all. I just decided water all the way and my morning coffee- that's it. I tried to lower the daily amount but that didn't work so cold turkey was hard for about a week or two and then I stopped wanting to drink it. I don't even…

You look wonderful! Good for you! We have a few things in common! I joined in Jan 2012 and have lost about the same amount of weight in that time frame too! I'm also a teacher. Way to go! Keep up the good work!
