I didn't do mine for 30 days; I couldn't. I read somewhere on the MFP boards that Jillian suggests that you incorporate rest days, for example: 30DS day, 30DS day, rest day, 30DS day, 30DS day, 30DS day, cardio day. I tried to do 3 days straight of 30DS and then had my rest day, but my boyfriend and I also hike a lot on…

Just wait until day 6 or 7 of level 2 and you won't hate these as much. I didn't like those oblique twists in one of her cardio circuits. My upper body just couldn't get it together with my lower body and I looked like a fish flopping out of the water, standing lol Wait until Level 3...there's some walking pushups that are…

I weighed in every day when I was losing and still step on that scale in the morning. It's nice knowing in maintenance mode, the fluctuations my body has with weight and learned not to freak out. When I was losing weight, I would freak out and the gain the next day, but continued to see a lower number as time passed...with…

Great job sticking with level 1 :) Level 2 was my favorite, and Level 3 I really felt the workouts in my core! :) I did level 1 and 2 for 10 days each, and then kept doing level 3 until those walking pushups weren't such a pain in the you-know-what! (just wait until you get to them lol). Keep up the great work! Check out…

Good for you! Congrats! I'm starting to slowly start adding some treadmill interval training to my workouts also. They aren't always the most easy thing, so great job on doing a 5k with yours! Keep it up!

I know exactly how you feel! The first few days of level 1, I found myself resting a lot and dropping weights. Your body will get used to it though and soon you'll find yourself wishing you could start level 2...and then level 3. Keep up the great work!
