as you have lost more than 5 pounds i would suggest you recalculate your numbers. I weigh myself daily but only first thing in the morning

thanks for the replies. After reading them I have noted the following for the past three days: calories in - 1598 - burned - 899 - net calories - 699 Sun 1427 824 603 Mon 1539 457 1082 Tue if this is right my net calories are under the required 1200. if i am calculating this correctly I should have ate at least 501 more…

my wife is on WW and i use MFP - we eat pretty much the same and I am doing fine with MFP. It all depends on what works for you. The wife like to go to the meetings and gets her support there - me I like the friends I have on MFP.

try eating a snack two hours after breakfast> i now eat 6 times per day - 7- 7;30 breakfast, 9;30 - 10 snack, 12;30 -1 lunch, 2;30 -3 snack, 4;30 - 5 snack then workout, dinner before 8pm - nothing after 8pm

you mentioned you have been doing the same routine - perhaps change the routine up.

hey there. I use this site to track calories and protein mainly and then calories burned from exercise. You can track other things depending on what you are trying to accomplish. For me inputting the data keeps me on my toes to watch what im actually doing on a daily basis. So far seems to work for me

I eat six times a day and my last meal is dinner which i try to finish by 8pm. No food for me after that time - if i slip - my rule is I eat then i have to go and either work it or walk it off. _ Works for me~!
