I usually have a glass of milk or half a peanut butter sandwich before I work out and then I have another glass of milk (or a protein shake if I lift) when I get back. For actual "breakfast" I either have a greek yogurt or an egg white omelet. For a while I was eating a lot of low sugar oatmeal but I sort of got sick of it...

Feel free to view my diary but it's pretty much the same lately, hot cereal, juice, and a hard boiled egg.

Eggs. Poached, boiled, fried, scrambled, whatever. Sausage or bacon if I have them. Trying to make sure I get a serving of fruit or veggies in at breakfast too. That usually ends up being an apple, but sometimes it's green bell pepper.

I am not a big breakfast eater. Most days I prefer a coffee then I have an early brunch. When I do eat breakfast, I like to have oatmeal (whole flake, not instant) mixed with a Tbsp of peanut butter. I usually save the eggs for my lunch.
