He is showing great changes! He's about 10 lbs down, you can see it in his face, and his cholesterol and triglycerides are down too!

I've been here, following my plan for the most part. DH decided to go primal for some health reasons, so I'm trying to join him and be supportive of that. Work and life have been crazy busy, so I've just been doing the bare minimum with exercise and tracking. Hope everyone is well, and losing.

I definitely need it. Even though these posts haven't been updated I've gotten back in a rhythm, though not as many minutes as this summer, but I AM being consistent.

Yes, Monday through Sun since that's how MFP adds up weeks. I hit 166 minutes, so I fell quite a bit short of my buff goal and will settle for enthusiast. I made water goal every day but Sat.

Thanks to a day off work I made my exercise goal. I think I made my water goals all but 2 days, I have a tough time on the weekends with so much running around. I'm going for buff again this week, who else is in?!?

The day off yesterday for MLK three me off a bit, but I'm back at it!

Last week I got 118 minutes of exercise. I'm going to try and get back to my previous levels and get to buff again.

I know, Oct-Dec were brutal for me! Today was an OK day, very stressful at work so while my eating wasn't too bad, I didn't get to go the gym as usual. My job keeps getting in the way of fitness!

With Hurricane Sandy, we were 5 days without power, and then left for a vacation for Disney for a week. the power came back shortly after we flew out, and the house is ok except needing a new roof. Ugh, is anyone else having a hard time this week/month? I'm having a really hard time staying on track, and particularly finding time/motivation to exercise. Work has been beyond crazy. In addition, both my knees started feeling really strange yesterday, lots of pressure if I squat down. :(

Well...after holding a gain for over a week, this morning I'm finally seeing the scale come down. Unless I lose 4 lbs in 2 weeks (not gonna happen) I'm not making this month's goal but I'm dedicated to trying!

Rough week here too. I'm actually up a bit for the first extended time since I've been here. Ugh. And I've mostly stopped exercising. I'm so annoyed at myself, but at the same time can't seem to find the time with work so busy. Binge week is over :laugh:
