no harm in online dating if done safely. i know someone who met someone across the country on POF and they've been married for 6 years now. i've also had an experience of bumping into a stalker i had to get a restraining order on. doesn't matter how you meet...as long as you click and your happy.

i use drysol for under my boobs and that not only prevents the sweat, it prevents the rashes. also lasts 2-3 months, AND you just apply it every 2-3 days. best investment ever.

i have this problem too...i actually when to my doctor in tears because it happens when i work too...buy a separate stick of antiperspirant and use that in the area. works like a charm! just don't use it under your arms after...ew.

AMAZING job!! I was going to have bariatric surgery myself, but I opted out...now I'm kicking myself in the pants (last couple of weeks). :D Keep it up!!

You're so lucky! I gain 5-6lbs when my lady friend comes knocking. I think its just water weight because it disappears within a couple days after. Avoiding salt helps with cramp too...(I know, not the problem or topic, I tend to toss odd random tidbits of information). :D

working out is key...even if its just a 20 minute walk a day! i know i don't do my 20 minutes but i'm on my feet for 9 hours at work, and i find the days i don't feel like working out...i eat less carbs and more veggies. my weight loss is steady that way. maybe that will help :)
