Aw poor kid.. I get chronic migraines- they are the worst! I take prescription medication (in his case try excedrine migraine), and lay down in the dark with no sound. I'm 5'4 and have a goal weight of 130. If I can get to 128 I'd be really happy, but once I get lower than like 130 I tend to look sickly so it'll really depend on how thin my face wants to continue getting.

lol this topic makes my day because I'm not the only one.. I stand in front of the mirror with no shirt, bounce a little, then poke at jiggle saying "ew you need to go away!" Usually makes me go running from the mirror to go workout!

I am 5'4, 137... depending on the brand my size is a 5-7.... Once I get to like 130ish I can be a 3-5 comfortably. I can't really get below 130 (my goal) though or else I become a skeleton (Especialy in my face).

Cottage cheese Yogurt Popcorn I also like to take baby carrots in a microwave container, add water- cook for like a minute and 15 or 30 seconds, drain the water, and sprinkle with cinnamon... soo yummy!

I weigh in every Friday morning, that way I can be a little more lenient on the weekend, and clean it all up again during the week! I get on the scale once- no clothing- and log it that day.
