  • For me it's exactly what you just did. once I see the calories in the food it normally makes me not want it. also if you look closer you see all the other CRAP in it and it turns me away. but of course that doesn't happen ALL THE TIME but normally I can reject it by huge calorie amounts :) Good Job walking away this morning

I can drink water and eat real food instead of spark (that is loaded with stuff I don't understand) and the shakes.   • I started taking Zumba classes and it was REALLY hard to learn the moves, it goes SO fast.... so I got the Zumba for the wii. totally different dance steps HAHA so it didn't help me in my class.... my ONLY problem with the wii is Zumba has a lot of fancy foot work moves and you can not see what the feet on the screen are…
  • Happens to me EVERY TIME too… I noticed that if I pick my feet up (like I’m walking) it goes away. So once I start to notice it I just do that for a few beats and it’s all fine again. Very annoying though I agree! :grumble:
  • Well this has turned out to be a very popular thread :bigsmile: Nor do I belong to a gym! I feel EXACTLY Like you do, I don’t want to be away anymore than I need to be. :love: I do Zumba for the wii P90X DVD’S Running and I do cheat and workout while at lunch at my job. But it’s no more than a home gym in a fancy house :)
