Hi Terri I hope you are feeling better...I shot my knees by just being on the treadmill, having it to high. So now I use the elip instead and the recline bike...Hoping to building up the muscles.... I have three meals a day and two snack (not treats) and one treat and I find I don't get tempted to much.... I hope you find…
