Im on the same boat. joined a few months ago. lost 5lbs then I stopped logging in and I gained it again.really determined to do it this time but need some friends on here to encourage/motivate me and vice versa. feel free to add me!

So glad ive found this group. in the past 6 wks of mfp I was following the recommended intake of 1500 a day. I felt I was eating more than usual and didnt seem to be having much success. I feel that 1100-1200 is plenty for me and intend sticking to it for the next few weeks to see how it goes. I think I know my body enough…

I find it pretty much the same but just alot more boring on a treadmill. I also think its much harder on your knees and ankles and you should run on grass if possible as the human body has not yet evolved to facilitate running on hard surfaces and was built for earth/soil/grass.

i find davina mc callare great. they puch you but they're fun and you feel like you've done a proper workout when you finish.

thanks for sharing this as im a 34f and find it hard to get bras/bikini tops. I know that when i loose weight it wont be much better as i was only 110lb and was still a 32f so im stuck with them lol.x

Hi add me as a friend if you like. im new to this too. I also have a sporting back ground but since having my baby TWO years ago I just havent had the motivation to loose the weight I gained in pregnancy. Im determined now though!
