im thinking about 20, i started out at 159, and I am currently 149. I dont have as small of a frame as you do so I think you are shooting for a good range for your frame and height. I want high 130's for me since i would like to keep my cheast and bootie!

I was too but p90x is great! You get better and better each time. and if you just get overwelmed and arent ready for something, just jog in place... it is all about the effort, try and keep trying.. Not as scary as you would think I have been having fun and even they make light of it on the dvds.

Light high fiber english muffin with a tsp strawberry jam and 1 tsp peanut butter. Quick and easy and I make it at work since I am short on time... Also high fiber oatmeal sometimes with a piece of fruit.

Shirataki is whgat I use. Make sure you do rince them off well, they smell a little differnt when you first open then up for sure. The texture also is not exactly a noodle like pasta. As they cooled it seems to have less bite to them. They were yummy I made lo mein noodles with them.

I try to find healthier versions of what I am craving... sometimes when you are craving something you have to find little ways to give in or else it is easier to break later! Yes and No. If I am hungry I will have a snack or something added from the calories I worked out. Like those Vita Top Brownies which are 100 cal or less. So it isnt exactly what I burnt but I also dont go to bed starving since a good work out makes you hungry and thirsty!

I am in. I just did 30, quick break, then I will try to knock out the rest! Great Idea for this one, because I get up from my desk and work and I can do it in a empty office!

Try those shirataki noodles too! They are very quick to make and very filling. There are some recepes for them on the hungry girl site. I did the lomein version and added a ton of veggies. For the first time since I started MFP (3 weeks) i was full and it only take a few minutes to cook!
