  • I would do 30 minutes. What's your current activity level?
  • Thanks. I plan on asking and I had heard about 300 extra cals to intake was a good goal. Just wondering if anyone had recently been through it. I'm fairly active so I'm not too concerned just want to be eating enough.
  • No dietician there and I go back to OB on Tues. Everything so far is healthy, no symptoms and I workout about 3 days/week moderately. I will ask my Dr, just wondering if anyone has BtDT recently and knows a decent amount of cals to not gain too quickly.
  • Are you non-weight bearing in your leg? Do one minute circuits of punches, oblique crunches (weights to sides and tilt L then R), delt presses, trunk twists, etc seated. Get your heart rate up that way.
  • I like fat free Lactaid milk.
  • Thanks, great ideas!

  • Jillian's 30 Day Shred is challenging, but is beginner friendly as she offers modified versions to most of her moves. I think as long as you can pace yourself and push it when you need to that it is a great DVD for beginners!
  • Thanks, I think I might try them out and if they are not good for cross training or aerobics classes then I will get a shoe for that. I can at least try wearing them at work all day!
  • I really like Jillian Michael's DVD's...my favorite is the 30 day shred, however it is only 20-25 minutes each workout. You could do two back to back (there are three different workouts to choose from on that disc)
  • I think it depends on your starting weight and time of the month. I tend to fluctuate a few lbs up and down every day depending on my salt intake, dehydration, time of the month etc. So, take that into account too! I wouldn't worry!
  • You should measure your waistline, etc. because you have probably been gaining muscle mass that weighs more than fat, but takes up less space.
  • Where did you order from that offered free shipping?? I would like to purchase as well, I've heard great things.
  • sweet tea vodka with lite lemonade!

  • You could try more fiber in your diet. It looks like you eat a good amount of veggies and apples which have high fiber. Try different types of nuts, fiber one bars are very good, more veggies. This usually fills me up and gets me through to the next meal without feeling too hungry.
  • Hello & welcome! I too have a hard time getting motivated. I have recently found some friends/neighbors that like to go walking. We scheduled it into our schedules so that we are accountable for showing up. I also have a dog that loves to get outside. Do you have any pets that could motivate you? Any activities or hobbies…
