I am still on level one....althoug i dont do this dvd every evening. I alternate. Not sure if it will be benefical by alternating but...better than not doing it at all. If i make it to level 2 i will be glad. You are doing great that you even attempted level 3. Don't be so hard on yourself.

My knees, ankles, shoulder clicks and I was told by my otheopedic that as long as you are not expericning pain it is usually ok.

hI THERE. Sorry you are struggling. I know how it is. I seem to yo-yo and have a hard time sticking to this lifestyle change. Have you ever tried exercise DVD's? I like the walk away the pounds but i just ordered more(waiting for them to arrive).

Hi there. Actually funny you mention the Paleo diet. I ordered a few books from Amazon.com. One is about the diet and the other is a cook book. Going to learn about it and try it....although I dont think I will be able to follow it 100%. Thanks for your replies.

I am sorry that you are sad and having a hard time. It is true that your dad would want you to take care of yourself!!! Sometimes when I get down that is what I do....I eat.....and usually it is junk(like sweets, candy cake etc). Try not to be hard on yourself though. Try to stay focused .....your dad would want the best…
