Will I be less likely to lose weight if....

I only exercise 5 or 6 days a week??? IF i skip a day or two of exercise a week will it significantly slow down the process of me losing weight??? Assuming I am staying withing my caloric intake.

    you definitely need a rest day and perhaps alternate cardio with strength training. It is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise, so really watch your nutrition.
