I forgot to weigh in on Wed & I was sick all day yesterday, but I did weigh in today. SW 204 CW 190.5 Total loss this week 4.4lbs! Great job everyone!!

I have stayed the same no gain no loss. SW 204 CW195.1 Mini goal 175 Main goal 145

I don't do measurements, and I weighed in on Monday at 195.5 with a loss of 8.5lbs reweighed this morning & I'm at 195.1 loss of .4 =) Great Job everyone!
