I was doing that and just quit WW. I had success with the old program, losing 30 pounds. After having my child, I gained it back but for some reason, I can't get with it with this new program. I have lost 9 pounds but that has been since January. My sister on the other hand has done great. She is down 37 pounds. I feel…

They curb my appetite, but then I wait until my body is starving to eat; and then I start craving all things bad for me. Another bad side effect I have had on…

You are absolutely not the slowest runner on the planet. I jog about the same. I recently finished my first 5K in 45 minutes, so that makes a 15 minute mile. I feel my speed will come with time, consistency and shedding the weight. As far as calories, I also agree with a HRM. My husband has a watch he uses and some kind of…

I lost steam with it then and decided to give it a break. The several times I have went back, I would lose 10 pounds but then get…

I definitely agree with ColoradoRobin, accept yourself. I have definitely been in your situation before, so I understand. My fear has always been is someone saying, "why is he with her". But I have realized we all, skinny or fluffy, have insecurities. So as long as you walk with your head held high, maintain a great…

I was on Weight Watchers for several years. The first time around, I had good results losing about 35 pounds and then I got stuck in a rut and gave up. I went back and as I was starting to see results again, they changed to the new Points Plus system. I stopped seeing results immediately and got discouraged. I started MFP…
