Sadly,yes-ive lost 12lbs & gone from a 38C to a 36B/C. I loved my boobs before,but wasnt happy with my figure,so i guess this is the price i have to pay to have a figure that im happy with :)

Well done,ive just done day 4 of level 1 & have to say im finding it a little easier & i dont ache quite as much the next day but boy do my arms feel like jelly,dont know if thats normal or not? Im using 5lb weights :)

Call me thick,but i really do get soo confused by all of this-im 35,5'8,currently weigh 157lbs & looking to lose another 7lbs,according to mfp i can eat 1320 calories a day(i set it to sedentary,just incase i dont get round to exercising).
