They don't look ridiculous at all! Not one tiny little bit. You look fabulous. Wear them proudly! Congratulations!

Look at those muscles! Great job!

That is fantastic! The first time I got on an elliptical I thought I was going to die and my trainer told me I'd only been on it for two minutes and I had three more to go. It was just the warm-up! So, yay you! 35 minutes is fabulous! edited for grammar, missing words, basic lame writing.

I just went to this link and it made me laugh! That evaluation was obviously based solely on a cursory read of the book and no one who has actually attempted the diet, successfully or not, was actually interviewed. I agree that the diet is restrictive. Nothing processed, no grains and no added sugar. In America that is…

I just finished my Whole 30 and I'm glad I did I had a similar experience in that I didn't have a difficult time after the first week. My issues were being organized/prepared and getting bored. I started the W30 for the energy portion of the program and to try to break off my love affair with all things sugary and fast…

This is in response to an earlier question about what the diagnostic criteria is for sugar addiction is. I obviously didn't quote it properly because I'm jonesing while waiting for my hook up. (aka, the Easter Bunny) Though it's probably not official I self diagnosed based on the level of my willingness to stab someone in…

This Don't beat yourself up over it. I thought I had some serious food issues and I was at a loss as to how to control them. So many people talk about will power, but that only gets you so far before you can't take it anymore. I'm not a very disciplined person and I bought into the idea that I'm lazy and have no control.…

If it's not too late, I'm in. My husband agreed to do a 5k with me, so this'll be a good jumpstart.

I can't wait until I can actually shop at Victoria Secrets. It's not that I have a burning desire to buy a bra there.....I would like to have the option. I think I'll put that on my NSV list. =)

First, I would like to clarify that I understand what the OP is saying. It is interesting to see how harsh folks are about this. If they feel they had a weight issue because they are lazy and ignorant, good for them. They found their problem and apparently fixed it. It's funny that reading the "this is bs...fat people are…

I think sometimes they seriously are just ignorant. My husband loves me to the ends of the earth and wants me to be happy. He's also a trained chef (not in the industry any longer) and gets really excited about whatever "diet" I'm on. He likes the challenge of creating something within my parameters. But then, he doesn't…

When I was getting divorced my physical trainer stuck me in front of the bag and made me beat the s**t out of it. It was a great workout for sure! And that year I ran the first mile I'd ever run in my life. Then, I became less angry, new relationship, found a bit of happy and now I am waddling my way through life. LOL!…

It's sound like you and I might be on the same program. I am currently working on 3 days a week of exercise. Right now I'm happy with walking, though I do eventually want to do some weights and HIIT. Not today though, LOL. And my diet is pretty much just trying to make sure I add in healthy foods. I notice that if I eat…

Yay! This is awesome. I remember the first time I ran a mile. I was surprised I could do it and it wasn't super hard. I had been on the elliptical and didn't realize I'd been running. One day the elli's were full, so I went onto the treadmill. I usually avoided them because my knees hurt. I started at the rate I used to…

Excellent! Way to kick your own butt!
