I think there is a major problem with fitbit synching with MFP. In July I 'earned' c.600 calories for 10,000 steps. Yesterday just 200 calories!

Lost 3+ stone (45lbs) aged 58-60 and towards the end of my menopause. Forensic food logging and exercise (zumba, swimming, walking) did it for me. I did not let the whole menopause thing bother me, just got on with it.

Thank you so much friends. <3 As you will have gathered I was feeling so fed up. I have contacted MFP and notice that many others have the same issue. Anyway, when I went into a recipe last night I saw that 90% of the error has been fixed! Phew, so relieved! (I had even investigating 'Sparkspeople' that has a very user…

I have just had a little look and find that BOTH entries with an asterisk and without are noted as 'member submitted' with a number of confirmations (some with none). I am confused, could somebody kindly clarify? Thanks

Same problem with measuring, not convinced it is the best way to gauge progress for me, depends on how tight I pull the tape measure round my squishy thighs especially! However 30 plus lbs down and they are a lot less squishy  and I think the cellulite is a lot less too..hoping my next 6lbs off (to goal) will get…

Dear all thank you for all the helpful comments and ideas. I think I have slacked a bit on the water drinking this week and have felt a bit puffy, so that plus the salty buffet have probably not helped. I will dust myself off and keep on going. I have gone from a tight uk size 18 to a loose size 14 since 1stt Feb so have…

Interested to hear what people have to say about this. i will be reaching my goal in a few weeks and REALLY don't want to put weight on again, also don't want to be logging food for the rest of my life...how to balance this...?

Very excited, bought size 14 (uk) trousers today. They fit! Before Feb I was squeezing into size 18. Extra good because I have not lost any lbs this week and and not seeing the difference in the mirror.

Lots of helpful and interesting answers, thanks. I have an excellent teacher and really go for it. Have now decided to give myself 600 calories an hour. We do 90 mins on a Friday. That is really hardcore and great! X

Thanks all I have now added it as an exercise and put int down as 650 for an hour, which seems to fit with your belly dancing and the site recommended which said 750. ...don't want to overegg it as I try to eat back my calories and have to be forensic about it in order to stick to it...but that's me.

LOL!!
-
PS..thanks it gives me 753 for an hour..
