Yes....I reached a plateau with 1200 calories and now am using the TDEE. It has helped so much!

Well, I think it depends on how heavy you are. My aunt has been losing weight (100 pounds in about 10 months), and I noticed after about 50 pounds, but that is a rather small percentage (about 1/3) of what she has to lose. With me, however, family began to notice at about 5 pounds because that is about 1/4 of what I need…

I would keep your activity level at sedentary and log in your walk to work as exercise.

When I go on vacation, I make it a true vacation......one without measuring and stressing about food. but, by then, i was basically into the habit of eating well and I knew that if I ate junk all day I would feel terrible.

I don't track my sugar, because even a glass of milk has 12 grams....it's too hard to keep track of whether or not I have a "healthy" amount. I just try to stay away from white sugars.

Eat healthy snacks.......popcorn, fruit, etc. I personally love celery.

I think you're being reasonable. My mom would od the same thing, and (she was at high risk for diabetes and therefore just ate like one) would even say, when we wanted her sugar-free stuff, that if we wanted her stuff, we'd have to eat like her for a day or two. After a while, we wanted it badly enough to work for it, and…
