Snacking

I have a very bad snacker! When I'm bored I snack, if there is candy around work I snack. Anyone have any suggestions on how to stop myself? I have no blasted will power! I hate it!!

    Eat healthy snacks.......popcorn, fruit, etc. I personally love celery.

    Snacks are a good thing, they keep your metabolism going! Just eat healthy snacks and ones with fiber and protein!! I like the nature valley protein bar (peanut butter dark chocolate) they are good and keep me satisfied until the next meal. If it is snacking out of habit, get raw fruit and veggies!!!
