For the first year of our marriage, my wife and I lived on different continents. So, most of our relationship was based on skype and telephone. One day a co-worker who practices santeria cryptically told her that her husband is "having adventures with a black woman." I started laughing when she told me this, she was mad…

I've taken cardio kickboxing and martial arts for years, including teaching them for about 7 years. If you're just looking for a good, fun group workout cardio kickboxing is great. I've seen tons of people that have had great results. Obviously, it's not for self defense but it can be a lot of fun.

In one shot, by myself I went from eastern MI to Minneapolis, about 700 miles. My wife and I went from texas to michigan, spending the night in memphis. that's about 1500 miles. i'd def suggest good music and not pushing yourself too hard

it's a Russell Peters joke about Indians playing football and running. I figure I look just as silly when I run as the picture he painted in this joke.

running is my thinking time. i work out my whatever problems i've got going on. i'll think of funny things that have happened. i daydream. a lot of times i'll listen to a podcast and get into what they're discussing. and sometimes I'll just think about not wanting to be pudgy. Ï hated every minute of training, but I told…

my philosophy on working out is similar to what it's always been in martial arts. Losing (in martial arts) or working out with people in better shape than me always motivates me to do better. I want to be that person that other's look up to, but if there's someone around that I look up to, then it's obvious that I've got…
