Thank you for your reply, I don't have weights of any sort and am wanting some sort of weight training... I do everything at home no gym and broke, but I have a circuit training DVD and my muscles are crazy sore after I'm done. So just wondered if I was getting some benefit from that.

For me, I didn't tell any one other than my husband of course, and when ppl started to comment I told them with a big fat smile! They are very encouraging and happy for my accomplishments. Don't expect the worse out of ppl, and if you get a few here's in there just ignore them and use it for fuel I. Your next work out!

Lol no way did I burn that in 30 minutes!! Lol I burned like 430 in 35 or something like that , then walked on my treadmill for 20 minutes, THEN later tonight I got back on for another half hour, then walked the treadmill again.I also adjust my resistance to make it a little harder,,, I'm well aware it could be over…

Yes I was hungry today! Lol I did the elliptical for a half hour, then my treadmill, and just put in a little extra late night workout while my kids played in the basement! That's why I wanted to know how many eat theirs back, I ate healthy when I was hungry so no worries there, I can tell when my body starts feeling funky…

Ok... Well.. I don't and haven't ate all my calories back, I tried to eat about half, in case my elliptical did over estimate what I burned. I am trying very hard to lose weight, I got myself into this mess and want to get myself out in a safe healthy manor. Thank you everyone for you input! I appreciate it very much...…

That definitely makes me feel much better! I have a family Member in my life who is rather negative towards me and My weight issue and they are always saying I eat too late and It's a big issue! I just want to be healthy and not hate myself While getting there.

I feel great after! Tired.. Maybe a little hungry lol but I sweat my butt off and maybe sometimes my stomach feels tight but goes away.

I'm taking a prenatal (no not pregnant) and I'm only eating better, as far as pushing myself I do push my self a little at a time I do the elliptical for an hour but broken up half in the beginning half at the end.. I'll have to see the doctor I guess :(

I work out 3 times a week and only add in the calories the machine says I burned never the weights. Thank you for the help! It's been a battle deciding what to do and I'm new to this so I defenitly want to do the best I can here.

Definitely don't want to lose muscle and I'm so fine with losing slowly especially since I'm concerned about having a ton of extra skin :( thank you for the reply :)

I'm with you guys I love food,, especially the sweet kind! I just wondered if there was a difference but I def don't want to lose muscle and do do the weights at the gym along with cardio. I appreciate the feed back :)

Hormel turkey slices 20 calories a slice! Nice to have a slice or two for a quick snack!
