Does circuit training count as weight training? I'm good on my cardio, but nothing as far as weight training, but I have a circuit training video..?

Circuit training is pretty much cardio with weights (assuming you're using weights/resistance), so.....yes? Sorta? Maybe?
If your asking for logging purposes, MFP has a circuit training category. If you're asking for "am I lifting heavy" purposes, the answer is no. If you're asking for "is what I'm doing beneficial" purposes, the answer is yes.0 -
Thank you for your reply, I don't have weights of any sort and am wanting some sort of weight training... I do everything at home no gym and broke, but I have a circuit training DVD and my muscles are crazy sore after I'm done. So just wondered if I was getting some benefit from that.0
