I'm 5 ft 5 I started on 1200 calories lost after 4 weeks. I have since learnt firstly I was eating high sodium and sugar so ihave lowered my levels, secondly measure waist, hips , thighs , arms, neck if I lose lbs I don't lose inches and vice versa. I weigh monthly now I care more about inches

I would eat at very slight deficit while feeding as what youeat affects baby supply. I breast fed my 3 babies and I lost 10lb everytime I stopped as the body holds on to a bit of fat to keep supply healthy

The view you have of your legs isn't the view the rest of the world has. Give it time do leg exercises if you must but losing fat cannot make anything worst

I'm an ex slim fast user yes i lost weight but gained it all back. It can help to make your appetite shrink but I found when I fully went back to food I was greedy gained so much weight. Whatever works for you id great but its not a long term solution.
