Sometimes when I'm mindlessly looking in the kitchen for something to eat, but I'm not really hungry, I'll make a cup of coffee and it keeps me satisfied until my next meal.

Peanut butter is my weakness. I can't have it in the house, either, when trying to lose weight. Plus 2 tbsp is too small a serving! Lol I always go way over.

Reese's peanut butter chips you use for cookies. Geez, I can eat that whole bag by myself and they never made it in the cookies! Also, orange chicken from Panda Express. OMG I loved those! Soooo bad for you though.

It will get easier. I actually went cold turkey. I stopped eating fast food and sweets. I didn't think it would be easy for me or realistic because I looove chocolate and have a MAJOR sweet tooth, but it's now been 5 weeks and I have no desire for it. I'm a huge fan of chicken. That's one of my "safe" diet foods. Lol Plus you can bake extra and have it for the week, ready to go. I also like to use ground turkey. Dark chocolate is supposed to be better for you. Healthier snacks could be cashews or almonds and maybe popcorn. Or even the 100 calorie packs. There's cookies and crackers that are already measured out to be just 100 calories. Those are always good and won't ruin your weightloss. Hope that helped. :-)
