I've done it a few times, but only because their form was so horrendously terrible that I thought 911 was a sure bet. I always try to be polite and helpful about it, and it's never been ill-received.

Exercise, relaxation, and if you need to, get yourself an e-cig with 0% nicotene for the juice. I have one, and I use it when I get stressed out instead of bumming a smoke here and there. For me it's more the action of smoking I crave. They're fairly inexpensive with all of the vape shops popping up these days.

A good therapist/counselor will not give you advice, but pick your brain and get you thinking along a different line than you have been, so essentially you are doing the work yourself without realizing it - they help you see things differently.

Honestly, just finding happiness for myself worked for me - part of that road was taking the step to get some counseling in my adult life. If you haven't, consider it :flowerforyou:

BAAHAHAHA. When you get your belt, make sure you work it in really good (that's what she said)- it took me a couple hours of bending and breaking and wearing around the house to get it pliable enough to actually use. I'm curious about the lever belts, I've never tried them. Have you heard anything?

I do: 1 cup rolled oats 1 container non-fat greek yogurt 1/2 cup milk 2 scoops protein powder I use the above as a basic recipe - I can't stand mine runny, so these are nice and thick.
