Other than the fact that you somehow got in a time machine and look 10 years younger?! :-) You look amazing!!! CONGRATULATIONS!
-
bump! :)

I eat 6-7 times a day. I also workout 5-6 days a week (alternating running and strength training). I find I get hungry about every 2-3 hours! Breakfast (7:30am) Snack (10am) Lunch (12pm) Snack (2pm) Snack (4pm) Dinner (6:30pm) [Dessert or late snack (9pm)] I manage to stay under calories, it works for me! :-) but the key…

bump :-) how many does it make?
-
2 inches off of each thigh is A LOT (Congrats!!!) so I'd say a lot of it was there - that's where I carry my weight too, so I don't "see" the difference when I lose weight there. Not saying it accounts for all 15 lbs, I have no way of knowing that, but just wanted you to know 2 inches is a great deal!!
-
leave it :)
-
WOW!!!! You look incredible!! It looks like you are now aging backwards :-) and the picture with your daughter is adorable haha. Congratulations, you have so much to be proud of!
-
^^^ exactly this!!! You shouldn't be "maxing out" like you would with a body building program - you could HURT YOURSELF if you tried to do that with the 30DS

5'4" weighing 120, usually a US size 2-4 pants
-
bump, I loooove lava cake!
-
If by "guilt-free" you mean the calories wouldn't count/are irrelevant... my mom's chocolate cheesecake... every night :-)
-
I agree completely with this. A heads up is all that's needed, anything else is just rude
-
bump! Didn't gain that much weight, but just went through a similar thing!
-
Just to make your argument more valid - yes, the walls first, obviously

Ali_TSO - Alyson Hannigan (from American Pie and How I Met Your Mother) (edited cause I spelled her name wrong, haha)

Same. I feel this especially when I am driving over a big, long bridge, because I feel like I'll get trapped in my car, or it will sink before I can get out and then I'll drown. Now I realize this isn't scientific, and I'd have time to get out of my car and I'm a good swimmer :-)

I was wondering the same thing!
-
I second Feetures - love them! The Elite version are great too for longer runs
-
Edit: Haha, I thought this meant something else. Nevermind!
-
Eating like my boyfriend when we were in college. Lots of pizza, buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks
-
"Where are we running," Lenny Kravitz "Run-around," Blues Traveler I have both of these on my running play list :-)
-
Would love to help but need some more info - edit your post to include WHEN you started running, and HOW much you run per week. And if possible, what you were doing before you started running. If it wasn't that long ago, or if you are doing it every day without rest, then yes, water retention!

KT Tape Pro!!! AMAAAAAZING! Have some on my ankle right now - stays on for days and days :-) http://www.kttape.com/index.php Edit to say: Braces mess with my gait too much! Tape is much more minimalistic while still getting the support like a brace

My biggest: I wish my boyfriend's mom wasn't so insanely Catholic and so into guilt tripping everyone else. I wish I wasn't going to be forced to convert to Catholicism and have a Catholic wedding, all so that SHE doesn't have a heart attack. Since my feelings and opinions don't matter...

1. I have some trouble "living in the now," I'm always waiting for the next big thing or event 2. I thought I wanted a dog my whole life, but then I tried it and realized I can't do it on my own 3. I have never hurt myself running (training for a marathon right now), but I always end up injuring myself doing the stupidest…

Never go by what the machine says. EVER. Grossly overestimates.

Again, it is NOT muscle gain. It is your body reacting to exercise! And intense exercise at that, I'd recommend giving yourself at least one (if not two) rest days a week. Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/83600-why-you-gain-when-starting-a-new-workout "...The muscle becomes inflamed and slightly swollen…

You are correct - it is not muscle gain. What it is is water retention. The variable you changed in week 3 was that you added exercise. By doing that, your muscles are retaining water. It can be alarming at first, but it WILL go away! Just keep doing what you're doing, because you are doing GREAT :-)

Not sure where you live, but going wine tasting is sooo fun :-) and if you're in a nice area, the drive is half the fun
-
Feetures - I wear the Elite version for long runs! They are all I've worn :-)
