  • Wow everyone looks amazing, I am really motivated to carry on, was losing a bit of willpower as the scales are not moving as fast as I would like. but this has really shown it can be done just need to stick at it. Fab :happy:
  • starting level 2 of 30DS today. though level 1 is still hard. Let you know how i get on ( if i can move my arms):laugh:
  • ME:3 LNS:0 So impresses as I was offered chocolate brownies and chocolate cake and said no ( even though really wanted to say yes) :sad: I didn't think I had any willpower when it came to chocolate but whoo hoo i seem to have found some ( just need it to kick in during the day) :laugh: I think it's down to this challenge…
  • I used beans too, have just brought some weights today. Will the knee thing make sure your knee is not going over your toes on any workout as that will make them hurt more. I find it very hard to make sure when doing the one where you go either side with a straight outside leg, Not sure i can push my bum any further…

  • I am on day 7 of 30 day shred, even though i have only lost 2lb i have lost 1/2 inch of my thighs. Only 20 mins but hard doesn't get any easier the longer you do it either ( not for me anyway) I am hoping some weight loss will kick in soon.:ohwell: and i have been using tins of beans as had no wieghts ( got some today)…
  • Well 6 days in and it is still hard work, though I am enjoying it concentrating on making sure i do it right. Getting some proper weights tomorrow ( can put the beans back in the cupboard) :laugh: hopefully will see some movement on the scales soon..:grumble:
  • ME:1 LNS:0 Though my husband had the footie on and as I am more a rugby girl, footie is so boring i did think about getting a snack, though went on line shopping instead. ooppss I have a choccy bar in my fridge that has been open nearly a week, amazing for me. :laugh:
  • I had the day off yesterday as well, went spinning instead, will get back on it tonight. My jeans seem to fit better on the thighs so must be working... arms have recovered.
  • ME: 3 LNS:0 I have been really good, it's when i am out the problem starts but large cup of tea is doing the job.. let's hope i can keep it up over the weekend.
  • Well 3rd day killed my arms were hurting soooo much. I measured today and have lost half an inch from my thighs and that is only after 3 workouts... whoo hooo. weirdly have put half an inch on my bum, but hey it works for J- Lo.. Weight not changed yet but the inch loss have motivated me to keep going.
  • ME 2 LNS 1 In my defence your honour I was playing sport at the time and when we had finshed someone got out some chocolate and orange rolls so I had 2 (oops) Though I did refuse the maltesers. Felf really guilty as well. I will defeat LNS...:)
  • 2nd day hurts more than the 1st but i think i pushed my self more. Aching well though. Need to get some handweights as using tins of beans at the moment.... weight not changed yet though :)
  • I added Jillians 30 day shred to my database it burns 273 calories whichever level you are on. Only started yesterday so too soon to say if it works.
  • LNS - 1 ME- 4 was hard at the weekend but painted my nails instead on Saturday, also my husband is doing it so not as tempted as I would be. Lets hope the scales start moving soon...
  • I have ordered this so will give it a go, I can fit 20 mins in so no excuses.
  • i'm in, snacking when my little boy has gone to be is a nightmare. 8pm cut off, will try and get my husband to join too. Gonna be hard as a chocolate addict....
