    awesome job. im hoping to lose like 65 pounds I have been on and off this program so many times its frustrating. I know it works because I was seeing results but then I just got bored and stopped tracking and of course gained the weight back. but know im doing hip hop abs to so im hoping to get great results just like yours. keep up the awesome work.
