Last night was a STRUGGLE! Even though I wasn't hungry at all last night, I couldn't stop thinking about food, but I somehow pulled through :) Just gotta keep my mind occupied and my body away from the kitchen.

    Starting day 6/19/12!!!

    ME 3
    LNS 1

I was so hungry before dinner, strawberries, tortilla, cheese and apricot...and went over my calories. Counts as LNS due to my bad habit snacking before dinner time, 3-6pm, at least is not after dinner..:ohwell: :ohwell: .. I went over my calories, but tomorrow is another day!

great attitude for owning it and planning for tomorrow....yup....it will be a better day!!

I'm back! It looks like I have not added my progress since last Monday which is a bit rubbish of me. I think I am now 20 days in with the score being (I think)

    Me: 17

    LNS: 3

I am doing my best to get rid of snacking as my diet is always so healthy, then I ruin it all with just constant munching. Since Friday I have eaten way too much sugar in cakes (Friday), sweets yesterday and puddings today. I could easily wreck all my hard work in one weekend, grr.

4 weeks till Kenya so I had better try harder

I didn't get a chance to eat dinner until 8:30PM yesterday. My score's not looking good so far, but tonight I'm definitely going to earn myself another point tonight =) Stay strong everyone!

WOW...newbie here but this topic seriously caught my eye! 8:20...right now. 8:20 is my cutt off. No more food. Water is good ;) Next month, I'll push it to 8pm;) No reason to be eating after 8pm, and generally anything I eat after 8...is garbage anyway :( Thanks for this...empowering, inspiring and helpful!!

HYP, on such occasions, you can fix a spontaneous cut-off. You should enjoy dinner whenever it's served . Concrete example: we went to friends, had dinner and then they put snacks on the table and we played some games. I decided to skip the snacking and not refill my glass past some spontaneous cut-off time (when I felt that sipping on the drink wasn't making sense anymore). Got my point? Then give yourself that point!
