So guess what after asking and drinking a tone of water I had some action in that area.... Thank you everyone for your responses. I am also trying to increase my food intake as I seem to be under target significantly in a lot of areas.

Chocolate was my best friend. I decided just because I was not doing chocolate my daughter should miss out so I went and brought hr one medium sized egg today and also a toblerone for hubby.. i had a hot cross bun as a treat today.

Ok not totally comfortable with sharing my food dairy, however this is what I have eaten today I am yet to eat dinner which will be chicken breast and salad with sauteed mushrooms and onion. yes 180 is what I mean, Sorry it was a long night with 2 young kids refusing to sleep... I should also add that I know the weight loss thus far is a lot and I do not expect to maintain that kind of weight loss I think my body is in shock...

yep its hard but you can do it.... the first day i joined MFP I logged every bit of junk I ate and I mean everything I then started calorie counting the next day. when I feel like I my will power is lacking I compare day 1 to day 2 and see how much more food I can actually eat rather then a bunch of empty calories..
