Hi, congrats on your weight loss. I also do cardio and weights but what I have found extremely effective on my abs is ZUMBA! I started Zumba a few months ago and lost 6 inches off my waist without changing my diet. Good luck and keep up the good work! :smile:

I would say it depends on how well you know them. If there is a group that I know I would smile and say hello. I have been guilty of walking up to a group already in a conversation and let's say I will wait a few seconds and if they don't acknowledge me I will smile and walk away. A smile is worth a thousand words :)

We walk at least 5 times a week 30-60 minutes, strength training, exercise bike. That sounds tough but it's great to sweat. Thank you.

Fruit & Veggies, Meatless products (spicy black bean burgers, meatless corn dogs in the freezer section), whole grain pasta, low fat Mexican (brown rice, black beans & cheese), etc. Good for you, Good luck!

Hi. I usually order healthy, eat half and ALWAYS take the other half home for the next day. I still get to enjoy appetizers and not feel so guilty. I also drink tons of water (if you are having cocktails make sure you drink water).

Congrats! 5 lbs is amazing. We all slip up from time to time, don't be hard on yourself. I like to find a way to exercise (gardening, dancing at home while cleaning) to burn the extra calories. Keep up the good work :)
