I’ve just bought just dance 2021 and am loving it for an at home workout. I struggle to find exercise enjoyable and always fall off the wagon but this is great fun if you enjoy dancing.

ive been slacking since a little before xmas, a bit scared to step on the scales. my eating habits and exercise has went to pot. i plan on getting my *kitten* back to the gym soon and starting to log my diet again, its just the inital step which is hard to make after a bad month.

played all assassins creed games bar the new one : black flag, i havent gotten around to buying that yet. I played GTA 5 last and absolutley LOVED the new tomb raider game. Me and the boyfriend are big on games; im more ps3 and xbox and hes very much into PC gaming like league of legends and World of Warcraft.

i just finished 2 sittings of tattooing on my forearm; it was fine for me working out as normal so long as i didnt wear sleeves. but who wants to wear long sleeves anyway when theyre heating up while running about. :)

thanks everyone, so much encouraging advice! I was guestimating a lot of food if i'm honest. My first step is to start measuring everything and making sure my log is accurate for food. i noticed when i measured my new potatoes yesterday that i had been far underestimating how much they weighed when cut up.

you've possibly gained more muscle weight since u have so much protein and lift heavy reguarly. maybe its just the muscle weight rather than fat? That would be my first thought anyway

ive done one 5k race, walked/jogged all the way around since i didnt do much training and dont generally run. it took me 51 minutes and i was really proud of that considering im no runner. Everyones different and just completing it is a blast!

the thing i hear from people that have this mentality is that when i use weights they ask me 'are you trying to get muscly and big?', obviously this isnt the case and i want to tone up as i lose weight in a healthy way.
