  • SFH makes good tasting protein powder that mixes well, supposedly sourced from grass fed cows and is sweetened with stevia I believe.
  • I use PB2 powder, drizzle a touch of honey in plain greek yogurt
  • I am 5'7" and had always been comfortable with 150, kindof. After my thrid child I had trouble losing the last 10 lbs so I started MFP. It came off so easy and kept going to 130. Now that feels normal for me. I havew gained back 10 but am on the way to losing it again. I am not for sure how to post pics here but feel free…
  • thanks! While experimenting with paleo I fell in love with the coconut whipped cream, but have always wanted to try bread.
  • Ithink I will try it on broc or cauliflower tonight
  • I add a big handful of spincah to my post workout shake, can't taste it when blended with strawberries or orange juice. I also buy kale in large quantities and add it to almost everything. It doesn't really have a taste. I put it in burgers, soup, eggs, everything.
  • I find it a little depressing if I kill myself at the gym and can't feel it the next day.
  • For the super bowl I made Buffalo Chicken Wraps. Add hot sauce to shredded chicken. Add broccoli slaw, chicken, and some blue cheese and wrap them up. Spray with cooking spray and bake at 350 until golden and crispy. They were awesome.
  • i want to drive to Baltimore and punch Cundiff in the face. My kids made me a shirt that says "I hate you Tom Brady." My fantasy league automatically drafted him to me this year, and I think I hate him more. So, let's just say, I am "with you" on that.
  • We used to do that, but I also did some on the stove with just a stock pot and kept the lid tight and it popped pretty good with no oil.
  • Oxygen magazine has a lot of good toning exercises for women. I check them out at the library and they also have a pretty good selection on their online magazine.
  • I love an egg white sandwich. I take 3 egg whites, garlic, italian seasoning, (and I put a 1/2 tbsp of parm, but you could do it without), beat slightly, microwave for 1 min, stir a little 30 more sec, then put on a sanwich thin with spinach.
  • I love this store, but I have never see the whole grain wraps, with they had those here, but with a family of 5, it saves me over 50 a week compared to even Walmart!

  • All I have to say is WOW!
  • I started the onehundredpushups.com and it helped.
  • I started logging my food and working out regularly on the second week of January. I followed the websites recommendations fairly closely and lost 28 lbs in 28 weeks. My original goal was 145, but I changed it twice and I currently am at 132. It really does work if you stick to it and be honest with yourself. good luck!
  • I think it is a very common problem. No one on my side of the family has been supportive at all. All I get is, "You aren't trying to lose more weight are you," and my grandfather actually told me that I look worse since losing 30 pounds. I think that people, especially family and close friends, get this picture of you in…
  • My first c-section was a rush job, post op infection, two week stay in the hospital. They had to open up my wound and stuff it with gauze so it would heal from the inside out. I still have a burning and pinching sensation, and like a phantom incision pain. I lost all sensation in the skin and never got it back. I am hoping…
  • I am afraid in some cases that a time machine or surgery is the only way to truly get rid of it. I have had three and it disgusts me. I have lost 30 pounds and while it has definitely gotten smaller that nasty flap of skin is still there, if anyone else has had proven results, I would gladly like to know how.
  • I would love to know as well
  • I have always wondered what this is, it sounds awesome!
  • I am pretty much just following the websiet, being honest with myself, trying to cut back on sugar and salt, and exercising 6 days a week. I have lost a pound a week since January. never felt better!
  • I love to crochet, I find it very relaxing. I would love to learn how to knit, and have tried to teach myself, but find it impossible. I don't know a lot of fancy crochet stiches, but can do the basics. I really like to bake, and am going to attempt to make light saber cakes for my 5 year old's birthday party this weekend.…
  • Sorry, I should have specified. It is powdered peanut butter. A woman at the gym gave me some to try. I had to order it online at bellplantation.com. 2 tbsp is only 45 cal and 1 g fat. It is so good.

  • I have tried all different kinds of protein powder and can't really tell the differnce between any of them. I do love the Luna Bars though. All the Clif Bars are good too.
  • I have never had the lemon, but the caramel ones are to die for!!!
  • thought the same thihng at first, but make sure you are netting at least 1200 cal a day otherwise you won't see progress, you might at first but it will not last.

  • Lots ofprotein and fiber, lots of water, and exercise, exercise, exercise. Take a peek at my food diary if you like, I eat tons during the day with spending all my calories. Good luck, hope it gets easier soon.

  • Fairly certain that the Pure Fitness is sweetened with Stevia or some other natural sweetener intstea of the aspertame. It is supposed to be all natural, instead of artificial flavors and stuff. I like it better, definitely worth the 5 extra calories.
