The only way to really lose weight is to have a calorie reduction. If you don’t reduce calories and eat less than you burn, you won’t lose weight. 1200 isn’t accurate for everyone, but if you stick to it and log properly you should see a definite weight loss.

The amounts of a lot of the heavy metals were extremely minimal in most of them. I suspect an agenda, fearmongering or both!

The coke website says it uses the exact same sweeteners; did you find out otherwise?

The weight on the scale is just a number. If you are losing weight, and looking better, that is success! Nobody knows what the scale says except you, but everybody can tell how you look :-)

Nothing except make you poorer!

I lost just over 150 pounds, and went from a 44C to a 36C, I don’t think that’s very helpful!
-
No. You can’t gain weight from eating too few calories.

I went from a 40 C to a 36 long! Stuffing ftw!

If you find it easier to stay hydrated by drinking diet soda, or crystal light, or Mio , then go for it. The key is just to drink in the first place. Diet soda is not the devil!

I had no issues, but they will start you out with an RX for Omeprazole.

It looks really interesting, and I'd be interested in trying it, but they don't list prices anywhere on their website. I really really don't like playing guessing games.

I missed angry all-caps guy again? I thrive on that!

The only part of this to follow is to have a glass of water in the morning. The rest of it is pure broscience. And steer clear of anything Dr. Oz promotes. He has become a paid lackey for the diet pill industry.

No You won't be gaining muscle in a deficit OR in a week. It's most likely water retention.

This is not quite right. The recommendation is for 25 grams of ADDED sugars, meaning: "Added sugars: Added sugars include all sugars used as ingredients in processed and prepared foods such as breads, cakes, soft drinks, jams, chocolates, and ice cream, and sugars eaten separately or added to foods at the table. Examples…

Also, you probably are overestimating your calorie burned. I understand that you are using a Garmin to estimate your calorie burn, but it is probably over estimating by at least 50%. Heart rate monitors are only accurate at estimating the calorie burn for steady state cardio, so if you're doing anything else it will not be…

50 calories per pound of muscle gain is a myth. Closer studies have experienced between a 7 and 15 calories burned per pound. I'm not even sure if this is makes up my extra cookies :-)

I had a sleeve gastrectomy about 5 years ago. Went from 305 to 155 and have been maintaining for about 2 years I can eat whatever I want, no restrictions ( except carbonation). I do take supplements for vitamins, but I did before the surgery as I was anemic. I had no complications, have lost the weight, have more energy…

I too can only eat the gummy ones. If I eat anything else they make me so nauseous life is not worth living. I do however have to supplement quite a bit with other minerals, because I have some medical necessities other than only a multi vitamin.

You don't need that much. That's ridiculous. I think a common equation used to figure protein is .9 grams per pound of lean body mass. My personal dietician recommended that I just take my height in inches and 8 gram per inch. I am 71 inches tall therefore I should get 71 grams of protein

They wouldn't replace mine, and it was two weeks out of the one-year warranty. Apparently their customer service has decided not to be as accommodating as they once were were.
-
That is so odd! I looked for it just now, and it still tells me" this user's feed is private". It must be just me though, because the others appear to be able to see it.

I started at 305, and am currently 155. I have a lot of loose skin, but I am 42 years old. At a certain point your body loses the ability to rebound from that much damage, and the only way that mine will be fixed is surgically.
