  • Put your stuff down after work, put on your workout clothes and knock out the workout. Then you can relax, eat dinner and enjoy your night after. I find if I don't do this I sit and never get my workout done. You can do this, I love the music it gets me moving!!
  • The workout is 6 days on and 1 day off. In the beginning you will have shorter workouts to help increase your endurance for the longer ones. It is definitely something that can work with any schedule - you just have to budget time each day - you can do it :)

  • No it will not be enough after those two programs. I did the same as you Insanity first 2rounds and then Turbo now that is my main program and I got BBL and I incorporate it will my Turbo Fire. It definitely works those butt muscles, but it wasn't enough exercise wise for me. Good luck!!

  • Have been drinking Shakeology now for over a year - chocolate is definitely my favorite - I drink mine for breakfast and it definitely keeps me full until lunch. I mix it with a little peanut butter. I did Insanity without Shakeology the 1st round and then did it with the 2nd round and just continued drinking it - love it!
  • With the greenberry you may want to try a juice OJ, Pom, Cranberry - mangoes are good, berries. It is a tough one, but you just need to work with it - try some of the recipes the box gets sent with. Good luck!!!

  • I am doing my 3rd round of Insanity - I got a group of women of 6 ladies together we are all doing Insanity together for motivation and for support. This is a great workout - I also completed 20 weeks of Turbo Fire too - Beachbody has awesome workouts!!!
  • Your fit test are your personal numbers - do not compare them to others and treat the first Fit Test numbers like a baseline - the next time you do it see if you improve and that is how you can see if your body is getting stronger :) good luck!!

  • Clean Eating is definitely the way to go - after the Shakeology 3 day I usually crave natural, whole foods - Nice job 4 pounds is great!
  • It can be challenging at first with the foot work...watch the new to class it breaks down the workouts. If my steps messed up I just kept moving and had fun.   • I do follow that - I try to eat more of my carbs from natural sources such as fruits and veggies - last time I did Insanity I eliminated bread and pasta. Quinoa is a grain so I didn't totally cut out grains. I eat leaner meat, but for fats I may include an avocado, olives, olive oil ect.
