This happens a lot. And I think a lot of people don't know if they just delete the post in their feed, they then can complete their diary entry again later.

Still here. Constipated. The Mayans need to take me now or let me poop!

I would minimize fried/ breaded food, sugary drinks, high sodium foods, fatty meats, etc...opt instead for baked, roasted or grilled lean cuts of meat-boneless/skinless chicken breasts, lean ground turkey/beef, salmon, etc, drink more water, eat more veggies, fruits, beans, nuts, and whole grains. Choose "natural" peanut…

I know what you're going through and it is tough...I have to literally force myself to get up, take a shower, and leave the house. Leaving the house is important, whether just for exercise or to run errands. I find that once I'm up and out that I automatically feel better, but it's difficult. My therapist once told me…

Well done! Congrats on your amazing weight loss!

It took me 5 1/2 months. And it really starts in the kitchen. You must change your diet to change your body. It doesn't mean eliminating all the foods you love. It means adapting them so that they're made healthier and reducing portion size. My food scale is my BFF. If you don't have one, buy one soon. Find an exercise…

I used to struggle with late-night eating. It's another downfall that comes with insomnia. If you're not working during those hours and have insomnia like I do, I suggest putting in effort to going to sleep earlier. I had gotten so used to staying up late that I would delay taking my insomnia meds and the later I stayed…

Outback has a decent steak and a nice vegetable medley to keep it healthy and balanced. I would just compare menus and choose what looks best and healthiest to you. I try to always plan what I'm going to eat before I go so there's no temptation...or less temptation. Good luck!

You look fabulous! What an amazing transition! Well done!

Amazing results! You have motivated me to re-dedicate myself to complete The 30DS!

Awesome job! Congrats on your amazing accomplishment!

Congrats on your weight loss success! You look fabulous!

Whenever I get hungry late at night I will eat an apple or banana. An apple is high in fiber and will keep you full longer. And a banana is not only a good source of fiber, but also aids in falling asleep. I also drink warm water at night and that helps. Warm water stays in your body longer and can also give you the feeling…

Yeah, same here. I realize too it's my issue and most, if not all my friends and family, are trying to be complimentary and supportive. But, sometimes it feels like "too much."

I'm the same way too! Especially if they go ON and On about it and want to know every single thing I did to lose weight. It's like they're dissecting me. I was overweight for 8 years and honestly now that I'm close to being back to the way I was the first 30 years of my life, I just want to "forget" my fat phase, but it's…

You look like you've already reached your goal! Well done! Your before and after tummy pics give me hope :).

Congrats! What an accomplishment! I'm not even gonna hold the fact that you're a UK fan against you ;). lol L1C4:drinker:

I totally agree! And OP, congrats on your success! You look great!

Sometimes I feel like I'm one big *kitten* stretch mark. I got my first ones after having a baby at 19. That was a total shock and took time to adjust to, but now I'm 38 and seem to have them EVERYWHERE from gaining all this weight. But, I try not to dwell on it. I do use cocoa butter just to make myself feel like I'm…

I've been sick the last 10 days and haven't done it since last week. My last workout was day 1 of level 2, but now I'm thinking of starting over...not sure what I'm going to do, but I will be starting it up again today, hopefully :).

^^^^This.

I used the same Zumba calculator for months and I usually calculated my calories by finding what the calories were for medium intensity AND high intensity and split the difference. I bought the Polar FT4 recently and used it the other day while doing Zumba and my HRM had me just 4 calories higher than the Zumba calculator…

Did day one of level two tonight. And OMG! It was brutal! Much more difficult than level one. At the moment my knees are the only thing that is bothering me, but I'm scared to see what tomorrow is going to be like.

Finished level one on Friday after doing it 10 straight days. I did it the same time everyday to give my muscles 24hrs of recovery time. Decided to take one rest day on Saturday. And I will start level two later today. There are several plank moves, some I've done before and some I haven't, so kinda nervous. Plank exercise…

Polar FT 4 is easy to setup and use. The chest strap is comfortable too. I've had mine for about a week now and love it!

I don't look at it as an obsession, but rather a commitment to a healthier lifestyle. I think being aware of what you're putting into your body and how much is absolutely necessary to make needed changes. If you're finding yourself anxious all the time, you may want to cut yourself some slack and know that you CAN eat…

Wow! Well done-congrats!
-
Noticeable difference for sure! I'm going to take a pic when I'm done with level one, which will be tomorrow night. And I keep having to remind myself the scale may not move as much since we are gaining muscle as we also lose fat, so measuring is probably a better indicator for progress anyway.

Day 8 finished just before midnight. Can't believe I'll be on level two in a few days. The exercises aren't that surprising since I've done JM's Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism dvd and she uses a lot of the same moves. It will still be challenging though, I'm sure.

I use 3 and 5lbs for the 30DS. For regular strength training I use 8 and 10lbs.
