  • I have the Wii fit and I don't like it very much ... don't feel like I get very much ... I also have Wii Active and I like that much better, I'm currently doing it's 30 day challenge.

  • I agree ... up your protein if you want to preserve muscle
  • that's what I've heard ... esp. if your are working out/weight training ... your muscles need the protein. I think the number is meant as a general goal not a maximum
  • I use V-8 fusions with activa yogurt and a scoop of whey - vanilla . yummy
  • I use the same but in vanilla so I can mix it with V-8 fusions to get in some fruit and vege servings in my day
  • I'm not much of a breakfast person either but I workout in the morning so I need protein... I have a protein shake made with V-8 fusions and yogurt after my workout.
  • consider it your reward splurge for doing so well this week ... we all deserve a splurge now and then as long as we don't go crazy with it ... you worked out this morning and ate well at lunch for it so reward yourself!
  • I mix mine with V-8 fusions so that i get some servings of veges and fruit in my day as I'm not real good about getting my fruit and veges for the day in. it tastes good to me
  • I use GNC's wheybolic extreme 60 in vanilla and mix one scoop with V-8 fusions for my vege and fruit servings. It's low carb and cals but high in protein. and it's yummy!

  • I drink one cup in the morning with Coffemate Hazelnut in it. Tried the sugarfree version and couldn't stand the aftertaste. It's my one indulgence I give myself everyday.

  • i agree with everyone ... moderation is the key ... what could it hurt as long as you are under your calories for the day?
  • I've read that you gain about 1 lb of muscle a week ... instead of looking at the scale, take your measurements each week and go by that.
  • do you take a weight loss supplement? I was taking Hydroxycut for women and found that I had to eat about every 2 hours! I stopped taking it and feel fine now.
